Mom’s Golden Layers is a women-owned, Alaska-based small business founded by Dhurata Lena, inspired by generations of hardworking moms and amazing bakers.

Our baklava is handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients and a cherished family recipe passed down through generations. We make our own dough from scratch, use our family’s layering technique, and prepare our signature syrup in-house to create the perfect balance of crisp, rich, and sweet.

Every piece is carefully layered, baked until golden, and made with love in our home kitchen.
